Privacy policy
The short version: what you send through the form goes to one inbox and stays there. It is not sold, not shared, and not added to any list.
Who this is
NEXT GEN BACKEND, based in Glendale, WI 53209. Questions about anything on this page go to hello@nxtgenbackend.com or (555) 555-0100.
What the form collects
The contact form asks for your name, your business name, your email address, optionally your phone number, what kind of business you run, optionally a budget range, and a description of what you need. You choose what to put in it. Nothing on this site collects anything about you that you have not typed in yourself.
Where it goes
Submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which passes the message to hello@nxtgenbackend.com and does not retain a copy. From there it sits in an email inbox like any other email. It is not loaded into an advertising platform, it is not sold, and it is not passed to anyone else.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. Records relating to actual client work are kept as long as the business relationship and any tax or accounting obligations require. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, email hello@nxtgenbackend.com and it will be, without argument.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There is no tracking script on any page, no advertising pixel, and no third-party embed that loads before you interact with the page. You can verify that by viewing the source of any page here.
That will change if analytics is switched on — and this section is generated from the site’s own configuration, so it will say so on the same day rather than whenever somebody remembers to update it.
Things served from elsewhere
The booking link on the contact section opens a third-party scheduling service, which has its own privacy policy and sets its own cookies once you are on it. Nothing from it loads on this site until you click through. The two links to reduxpaintmke.com are ordinary outbound links.
Your rights
You can ask what has been stored about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@nxtgenbackend.com. There is no form for this and no process to go through — it is one person reading the email.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the change happens on this page. There is no archive of previous versions; if that matters to you, save a copy.
